Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, par un contrat sign\u00e9 le 9 juillet 2023 entre le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation et l\u2019Archev\u00each\u00e9 Orthodoxe de Belgique, l&#8217;utilisation du Kestekidion a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00c9tat Hell\u00e9nique sans compensation pour une p\u00e9riode de 49 ans, avec possibilit\u00e9 de renouvellement. Ainsi, la volont\u00e9 du bienfaiteur Leonidas Kestekidis, qui a l\u00e9gu\u00e9 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Archev\u00each\u00e9 de Belgique, est ainsi respect\u00e9e, \u00e0 condition qu&#8217;elle soit utilis\u00e9e comme \u00e9cole grecque.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;\u00c9ducation, des Affaires Religieuses et des Sports s&#8217;est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre tous les travaux n\u00e9cessaires pour le rendre pleinement fonctionnel. Selon les estimations initiales de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Ktiriakes Ypodomes S.A.\u00a0\u00bb (\u039a\u03a4\u03a5\u03a0), le projet devrait \u00eatre livr\u00e9 dans les trois mois suivant l&#8217;installation du contractant, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire en novembre 2023. D&#8217;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, les services du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 travaillent intens\u00e9ment pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&#8217;ach\u00e8vement du projet.
