De Goddelijke Liturgie werd voorgegaan door Zijne Eminentie Metropoliet Athenagoras van Belgi\u00eb, Exarch van Nederland en Luxemburg, omringd door geestelijken van het Heilig Aartsbisdom, in aanwezigheid van Zijne Eminentie Metropoliet Athan\u00e1sios van Ach\u00e1ia, Mevr. Elefther\u00eda Galathian\u00e1ki, Ambassadeur van Griekenland in Belgi\u00eb, hooggeplaatse militairen uit Griekenland en Cyprus, Dhr. Ant\u00f3nios Gr\u00edvas, Ambassadeur van Cyprus, Dhr. Papast\u00e1vros, Ambassadeur en permanente Griekse vertegenwoordiger van Griekenland, en een menigte gelovigen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Tijdens de Goddelijke Liturgie werd de encycliek voorgelezen van Zijne Alheiligheid Oecumenisch Patriarch Bartholomeos, voor de 25 jaar sinds zijn verkiezing tot de Oecumenische Troon, terwijl Zijne Eminentie Metropoliet Athenagoras op het einde van de Goddelijke Liturgie verwees naar de historische gebeurtenissen achter de Griekse nationale feestdag.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Vervolgens nam Mevr. Elefther\u00eda Galathian\u00e1ki het woord, waarbij ze de boodschap van de Griekse nationale feestdag van 28 oktober overbracht. Daarna werd de offici\u00eble boodschap voorgelezen door een leraar van de Griekse school. Daarin werd verwezen naar de historische gebeurtenissen en strijd van die periode, en de moed van de Grieken onderstreept.
