De Heilige Nikolaaskathedraal te Weiler-la-Tour was vol gelovigen gestroomd.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Bij de Goddelijke Liturgie werd Zijne Emenentie omringd door de Rector van de kerk, de Z.E.H. Protopresbyter van de Oecumenische Troon Panagi\u00f3tis Moschon\u00e1s, de Z.E.H. Protopresbyter Constantin Dutuc, de Z.E.H. Protopresbyter Zoran Radivojevi\u0107, en de Zeer Vrome Aartsdiaken van het Heilig Aartsbisdom, Athan\u00e1sios Toparl\u00e1kis, terwijl alle orthodoxe priesters in Luxemburg van de verschillende orthodoxe Kerken van het land aanwezig waren bij de Doxologie, en zo de eenheid van de Orthodoxe Kerk toonden. Twee koren met kerkzangers verzorgden tijdens de Metten en tijdens de Goddelijke Liturgie op prachtige wijze de gezangen van Allerheiligendag, in het Grieks, Roemeens en Frans.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Na de Doxologie zong een kinderkoor &#8220;Ons Heemecht&#8221;, het Luxemburgse volkslied. Na zijn beknopte homilie, stipte Zijne Eminentie de Metropoliet nogmaals de uitstekende samenwerking aan tussen de Orthodoxe Kerken en de Luxemburgse Staat, prees hij de bijdrage van de Groothertog aan het welzijn van Luxemburg, terwijl hij niet naliet om ook de ondersteuning te onderstrepen die de rooms-katholieke kerk aan de orthodoxe aanwezigheid in het land biedt. Daarna benadrukte hij de eenheid van de Orthodoxe Kerk die taal- en cultuurverschillen overstijgt. Hij vermeldde trouwens het belang van het Heilig en Groot Panorthodox Concilie dat binnen drie dagen zal plaatshebben op Kreta, onder leiding van Z.A.H. Oecumenisch Patriarch Bartholomeos. Hij feliciteerde de hoogwaardigheidsbekleders en alle gelovigen hartelijk met de feestdag. Zijne Eminentie liet niet na om de heer Ambassadeur en de parochianen te bedanken voor hun deelname aan de begrafenisdienst van wijlen zijn vader, terwijl hij ook met spijt het ontslapen meedeelde van Gerontissa Maria zaliger, van het Heilig Klooster van de Geboorte van de Moeder Gods in Nederland.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Bij de Doxologie waren de hofmaarschalk aanwezig, dhr. Lucien Weiler, vertegenwoordiger van Groothertog Henri, de Minister van Landbouw, dhr. Fernand Etgen, die de Regering vertegenwoordigde, de Ambassadeur van Griekenland in Luxemburg, Z.E. dhr. The\u00f3doros Georgak\u00e9los, de vertegenwoordiger van de rooms-katholieke aartsbisschop Jean-Claude Hollerich, de militaire vertegenwoordiger bij de NAVO te Brussel, generaal Nik\u00f3laos Zachari\u00e1dis, officieren, rechters, de vertegenwoordigster van de Gemeentelijke overheid van Weiler-la-Tour, de Voorzitter van de Griekse Gemeenschap van Luxemburg mevr.
