Iets voor het einde van de Bisschoppelijke Goddelijke Liturgie sprak de Zeer Eerwaarde Heer v. Konstantinos Kenanidis een homilie uit waarbij hij herinnerde aan het leven van de Bisschop zaliger gedachtenis, en het werk dat hij jarenlang verrichtte. Hij diende de Kerk met liefde en geduld, waarbij hij vele mensen in nood terzijde stond.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Na het einde van de Goddelijke Liturgie bedankte Zijne Eminentie de Metropoliet de geestelijke en leken die gekomen waren om de gedachtenis te eren van de betreurde Hulpbisschop van het Heilig Aartsbisdom.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Diezelfde dag werd er ook een mnymosino gevierd in de Heilige Nikolaaskathedraal te Rotterdam, die wijlen Bisschop Maximos jarenlang als bisschoppelijke Overste diende.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Op zondag 17 januari was ook in zijn geboortestad Stylida een mnymosino gevierd.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ter gelegenheid van het eerste jaar na het ontslapen van Bisschop Maximos van Evmenia, zaliger gedachtenis, vierde Zijne Eminentie Metropoliet Athenagoras van Belgi\u00eb op zondag 24 januari 2016 in de Heilige Aartsengelenkathedraal te Brussel een mnymosino (gedachtenis).
