Richard Clarke, de twee Vicevoorzitters van de Internationale Commissie voor Anglicaans-Orthodoxe Theologische Dialoog (ICAOTD).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">De bijeenkomst verliep in een broederlijke en blije sfeer op de zetel van het Heilig Aartsbisdom van Belgi\u00eb, waarbij vervolgens ook de Z.E.H. Dr. John Gibau (anglicaanse vice-secretaris van de Dialoog) en de Aartsdiaken van het H. Aartsbisdom van Belgi\u00eb, dhr. Fil\u00e1delfos Kafal\u00eds aanschoven.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Het doel van de bijeenkomst was de voorbereiding van het informele gesprek tussen de &#8220;Anglican communion&#8221; en het Oecumenisch Patriarchaat, in juli aanstaande te Londen, evenals de voorbereiding van de volgende Bijeenkomst van de\u00a0<strong>Internationale Commissie voor Theologische Dialoog tussen de Orthodoxe en Anglicaanse Kerk<\/strong>, die van\u00a0<strong>14 tot 21 oktober 2017<\/strong>\u00a0op\u00a0<strong>Malta<\/strong>\u00a0zal gehouden worden.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">De offici\u00eble dialoog tussen de twee Kerken begon in 1973 te Oxford.\u00a0<strong>Metropoliet Athenagoras van Belgi\u00eb<\/strong>\u00a0is de\u00a0<strong>5e vice-voorzitter<\/strong>\u00a0op rij van de Dialoog tussen Orthodoxen en Anglicanen, na het afscheid van de Aartsbisschoppen Athenag\u00f3ras Kokkin\u00e1kis en Meth\u00f3dios Fo\u00fagia van Thy\u00e1teira, Metropoliet Io\u00e1nnis van P\u00e9rgamon, en Metropoliet K\u00e1llistos van Diokle\u00eda. De Metropoliet van Belgi\u00eb werd in november 2016 door de Heilige Synode aangesteld als orthodoxe vicevoorzitter. De orthodoxe secretaris is sinds 25 jaar de Z.E.H.
