Juan Pablo Cerrillo Hern\u00e1ndez, rooms-katholiek bisschop van Antwerpen Johan Bonny, rooms-katholiek bisschop Jean-Luc Hudsyn, secretaris-generaal van de COMECE broeder Olivier Poquilon, voorzitter van de evangelische kerk van Belgi\u00eb Dr. Geert Lorein, archimandriet Zadig Avedikian van de Armeense kerk, en de vertegenwoordiger van de KEK mevr. Ekater\u00edni Pekr\u00eddou, hadden positief geantwoord op de uitnodiging van Zijne Eminentie.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Verder waren Hare Excellentie de Ambassadeur van Griekenland in Belgi\u00eb, mevr. Elefther\u00eda Galathian\u00e1ki aanwezig, de Consul van het Consulaat van Griekenland te Brussel, mevr. El\u00e9ni Petroul\u00e1, Zijne Excellentie Ambassadeur Marc Van de Reeck, en Generaal Nik\u00f3laos Zachari\u00e1dis, militaire Vertegenwoordiger van Griekenland te Brussel, en andere hoge genodigden.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Op het einde van de Vespers zegende Zijne Eminentie de Vasil\u00f3pita (Basiliostaart) en sprak hij vervolgens over Basilios de Grote en zijn nalatenschap voor de eenheid en de solidariteit die er onder christenen zou moeten heersen. Vervolgens besprak hij enkele belangrijke onderwerpen betreffende de Orthodoxe Kerk vandaag, bovenal het Heilig en Groot panorthodox Concilie van het afgelopen jaar, en de volgende stappen en daden die het Oecumenisch Patriarchaat en het Aartsbisdom van Belgi\u00eb wil ondernemen in het komend jaar. Hij beklemtoonde vooral de belangrijke rol die het Oecumenisch Patriarchaat speelt, zowel voor de eenheid van de plaatselijke Orthodoxe Kerken, als voor de dialoog tussen de Christenen en andere godsdiensten.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span lang=\"el\" xml:lang=\"el\">Tot slot bedankte hij de aanwezigen voor hun antwoord op zijn uitnodiging, en sprak hij zijn vreugde uit voor hun aanwezigheid bij de dienst in de onlangs vernieuwde Aartsbisschoppelijke Ambtswoning. Na het einde van de Vespers en de verdeling van de Vasil\u00f3pita werd een Receptie aangeboden in de Troonzaal van het Aartsbisdom.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a
